4 /5 David Nevill Jr: The fried squid dish was absolutely delicious, but the pork belly was not cooked properly at all. I didnt have the time to send it back so I just powered through it.
I got a business card and decided I would email them to let them know about my experience and wait to see if they had anything to say about it. Its been a week, and I didnt hear back, so I thought I would leave this review.
I will say the restaurant is beautiful, and plenty of people seemed to be having a great lunch. I just couldnt get over how tough the pork meat was, and how the un-rendered fat almost choked me because I couldnt chew through it. More time, lower temperature cooking would have made this dish excellent, but someone obviously rushed it.
Service from the bar area was really good, just wish the pork belly had been better. Easily a 5/5 if it was.
