janine fourie We stumbled on this lovely Pub/Inn. From the very first “welcome “ when we arrived around midday I knew it was somewhere I wanted to come back to. Bruce greeted us with a warm welcome and asked if we were jointing them and said our dogs were welcome. The smell of the Inn was so warming. It smelt cozy (of Thats a thing) .We were only having a drink outside in the sunshine but decided to return in the evening for a meal. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. We arrived in the evening and again Bruce had a warm welcome waiting for what felt like jusy for us . The ambience was lovely. We were seated in a busy area and when I asked Bruce if we could move to a quieter area he was only too happy to oblige. As I am going through chemo (he noticed the hair and signs) he said he would try to keep the area less busy which was really very sweet. The food was delicious and very fresh. All in all we would highly recommend a visit and we will be back the next time we visit the Island. P.s they even have a dog menu ❤️

Yus Ali I came in here this evening with my brother, the place wasn’t too busy but served straight away. Although we were told 25min for food to come out it flew out within 10mins! The food was fresh and piping hot, no complaints at all.. I even asked the staff for topping on the burger which they sorted me out with! I recommend coming here if you like burgers as these are one of the. Eat in the area!

Natalia Almeida 10/10 no notes. Sensational food here, the yellowtail blew me away, the seabass was perfect with that sauce, the potato dish and broccoli wow. The calamari was also delicious, and the fried zucchini, honestly impeccable service too everything came out so quickly! Loved the cheesecake too, very indulgent. I’ll definitely be back!

Talha Zubair As authentic as can be. Stumbled into this place on a whim expecting the usual watered down Asian cuisine you see in this area but was pleasantly surprised by the delightful selection of authentic Thai dishes on offer (all fairly priced too). Couple that with the warm and cozy atmosphere and what you’ve got is a true local gem. Will definitely be visiting more often!

Sarah Archer-palmer I had a surprise birthday last Saturday organised by my daughter. It was for 22 people, preordered food & wine. Unfortunately 5 people couldn’t come but the staff, especially JP and Alex, went out of their way to change the tables, move chairs etc, relay everything. It was quick, efficient and calm. They took over everything. The food was excellent, I had fish & chips. The chef was very flexible with timings and all food came out at once. I know everyone enjoyed their meal as there were lots of compliments! The rugby was on the TVs but didn’t overbear our table and lots of us enjoyed it in the background. This encouraged the fun, laid back atmosphere. The end of the evening was relaxed with making payments and the flexibility to chop and change was very appreciated. Hannah had an excellent team which goes to show she is an excellent manager. We are locals and really enjoyed showing off The Drummond in all her updated glory to my close friends and family.
