I am absolutely furious after my visit here today. This was a disgraceful experience from start to finish.
My son and I arrived at 3:40 pm. The restaurant wasnt busy at all—only three tables occupied. We placed our order at around 3:55 pm and settled in to wait.
At about 4:05 pm, two more tables of two came in and ordered after us. Here is the part that makes my blood boil: we watched those people, who ordered at least 10 minutes after us, get their food served while we were still waiting for ours!We were completely ignored while later arrivals were eating right in front of us.
I had to wave my hand just to get the waitresss attention. When I politely asked where our food was, she didnt help—she answered me with a rude attitude, simply snapping, "Its on the way."
Two minutes later, she came back with an excuse. Apparently, a "system fault" meant my order had been lost. She then had the nerve to tell me I would have to wait another 20 minutes. I had plans and couldnt wait any longer, especially after watching two other tables get served before me. I had to leave without my food.
To make matters worse, not a single member of staff apologised. No one seemed to care. No manager came over, no one tried to make it right. The attitude from the waitress was shocking, and the total lack of respect for customers is appalling.
Honestly, the hospitality industry is so competitive right now, and with service like this—rude staff, ignoring customers, there is no way this restaurant will survive. Customers have too many other great options.
