FIERY FLAVORS -
Susan Khaing I had such a great meal at FIERY FLAVORS 烹湘味.
As someone who loves bold, spicy Chinese food, this place really hit the spot.
We ordered the chopped chilli fish head, stir-fried yellow beef, white chilli cured beef, salted egg yolk cabbage with glass noodles, and smashed chilli with century egg – every dish was full of flavour and very comforting. The cured beef especially reminded me of Yunnan-style beef, which I absolutely loved.
I went with a friend from Hunan, and she said the food tasted very authentic. Portions were generous, flavours were on point, and everything was perfect with rice.
Definitely one of the best Chinese meals I’ve had in London. Would happily come back and bring friends.
