1 /5 Maitham Al-Musa: By far, the worst experience we’ve had in any café.
The staff here show zero respect or professionalism. One employee in particular treated us with arrogance and rudeness, as if we were an annoyance—not paying customers. We were polite, respectful, and did nothing wrong, yet were met with hostility.
Today was the final straw. I brought a group of well-respected friends from Bahrain, UAE, Oman, and Saudi Arabia—only to be told we were not welcome. No explanation at first, until one staff member finally admitted that “Mohammad (the Syrian)” refused to serve us, based on some unclear complaint from two girls.
We’ve never caused a problem—not once. Review the cameras if you care about the truth.
What happened was nothing short of discrimination and disgraceful behavior. This is not how any business should treat people. If you care about dignity or being treated like a human being, stay away from this place.
They clearly don’t deserve customers—or respect.
