Amy B We are currently staying at the Hyatt Place. The food in both Sotto Cucina Bar and Pocket Square is remarkable. Fresh ingredients, attention to detail and the flavours are beautiful. All the staff are attentive and helpful. Our breakfast beauty Daniel is genuinely one of the loveliest people we have ever met. Such a flair for hospitality and clearly loves what he does. We really felt it should be recognised. Thank you Daniel for making our morning memorable and for the amazing service and smiles! Highly recommend a stay here and you will not be disappointed with the choice of food and the excellent customer service.

Ramya Great coffee, calm and comfortable space. Lovely staff. The chicken bagel ( polo Italiana) is a must 10/10. Highly recommend.

Chaz Nezha A lovely Arabic café in one a historical corner. The setting is nice with outdoor seating perfect for relaxing after hours of shopping, people watching, and enjoying the atmosphere. They also have two indoor areas, one cozy and family friendly, and another with a younger vibe. I was told they’re even working on getting their shisha licence soon. The food is amazing. I tried the shawarma sandwich, falafel, tabouli and one of their salads — all fresh and full of flavour. The highlight was their house-made garlic sauce with no eggs… truly to die for. Some people literally stop by just to buy it! I loved it so much I came back again later for another shawarma sandwich to take with me on my train back to London. A great spot for delicious Middle Eastern food, music, and a warm atmosphere. Highly recommended.

chloe macbain We had an excellent stay here, the spa was incredible with the jacuzzi overlooking the brooklands race track and Mercedes Benz world. We got a great deal for what we had and dinner was incredible. Davide did a cook at the table experience for us and we have never experienced anything like it. Holly is a great manager and the place is exquisite.

Andy Bee How fabulous are these students? I mean really? Students? Weve recently started coming here again and I am so very glad we do, I have no doubt whatsoever that some of the talent we see on display here will go on to shine in the fine dining sector. I started the meal with an exquisite pepper soup, truly up there with the nicest soups Ive ever eaten. This was followed by a lovely mackerel accompanied by an apple and raisin chutney, which I could quite happily eat a jar of on its own. My main was a perfectly cooked Cajun spiced haddock which barely touched the sides and for dessert I had a wonderful berry and champagne posset which I scoffed before getting a picture it was that nice! All involved in the perpetration and serving of the food deserve a pat on the back, particularly the lady who holds the whole thing together and manages to herd the kittens expertly. Is it perfect? No, of course not, its students, but its fantastic value at £25 per head (excluding drinks) and well worth visiting, these kids will go far.

Luke Martin An absolute hidden gem, came here for lunch with my wife and had the best time. The service is slick but still friendly, the place itself has bags of character and they play good tunes. There are also a few quirky elements to the service which are just joyful. Great wine list and choice of teas and coffees. Food is epic and full of flavour. The only area for improvement in my opinion would be the chicken wings which were a little too soft for my taste. Would recommend the houlumi and a lamb dish with bread. I cant remember the name but its second on the menu under specialities. Love this place and will be retuning soon
