5 /5 David Oxley: The price of traditional fish and chips has sadly risen over the last couple of years, so its more of an occasional than a regular treat for us. That said, when its time for fish and chips, Star of the Sea serves up delicious, freshly battered cod (and other fish), and a generous-sized portion of tasty, crisp chips. Last week, we had a small cod in a bap, medium cod, and regular chips (plenty for two), for £19. Theres a good selection on the menu if you dont just want fish, including mushy peas :)

5 /5 Nneka Banks: Came to Broadstairs for some training and popped into Star of the Sea! Lovely fish and chip shop just before you walk down to the beach. I was met by Jodie, I think and she was patient with me as I made my meal choice. Chips were hot and crispy and the fish was super fluffy in the middle with the most amazing batter. If you’re looking somewhere to eat when you’re in broadstairs give them a try you won’t leave disappointed.
