Veronica especially always triple checks our orders are correct and gives us the VIP treatment. Id recommend this Nandos to ANY fan. edmund price My first taste of west African food, the jollof was very nice, but personally I wish that it would be served with a separate side of yoghurt to balance out the spiciness. The spice was a bit of a surprise to me. Atmosphere was wonderful, reminds me of a pannier market sort of atmosphere, even struck up conversations with complete strangers, that was nice. For London it is cheap, about 14 quid a meal. Though that being said, in other parts of the UK you could get a good Sunday roast for £14, is it equal to me to a roast dinner? no, but I imagine that many west Africans in London could enjoy this taste of home made for them, without the effort I imagine it takes to do yourself. I suppose its worth trying at least once, because like me in my situation visiting the city from a rural backwater, it is worth seeing what the world has to offer

Lathu Thiru I had the most incredible experience at Oasis Lounge. The food was outstanding from start to finish, but the Taj was on another level — every bite felt like I’d been transported straight to Morocco. The fresh bread was warm, soft, and perfect with every dish, and the honey cake was a standout dessert that ended the meal on the sweetest, most memorable note. The atmosphere is just as unforgettable. The restaurant is stunning, filled with lanterns and décor that capture the magic of Morocco perfectly. It’s not just a place to eat; it’s a full sensory experience that makes you feel like you’ve stepped into another world. A special shout‑out to Semu, the manager, who took such great care of us throughout the evening, and to Gaby for the fantastic recommendations. Their warmth and attention made the night even better. If you’re looking for amazing food, beautiful vibes, and an experience you’ll remember, Oasis Lounge is the place to be.

Melissa Eisner I mean … sure, every pub boasts being the oldest in the UK, but I’m pretty sure this is the real deal. Beyond the history in a historic location, this pub is bomb.com. Great service, great menu. Loved the chicken wings, and the burger was fab! And who doesn’t love a good pint to wash it all down. Highly recommend!!!
