1 /5 Maria Androne: If I could give -100 I would. How can you charge these prices for whatever THAT was that I ate? Ordered 2 halloumi burger and 2 fries and I received a wet mess. Horrible horrible. Honestly those cheap microwave burgers from Sainsburys taste better than that food and the fries had a very bad taste. Pls pls pls DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I cant stress enough how bad it is

1 /5 seif aladnani: I am a regular customer on ubereats and today I was extremely disappointed. They had a 2 for 1 deal and so I ordered two burgers. It tasted like a terrible sandwich. Cheese wasn’t melted. Plenty of large chunks of onions were just thrown in there. Patty was so small you couldn’t even see it, it was drowned by the large bun. What’s going on? Quality was worse than it has ever been. I had to double check to see if I ordered the same burger that I normally order. I really didn’t enjoy this meal.

1 /5 Rosh Davids: The worst service I ever had by a food restaurant. I ordered over £50 food at 8pm. It said my food will arrive at 8.45pm. Then 9pm. Then at 9.30 I received a message saying my order is cancelled because they couldnt do it. My son was starving and was waiting so long and then they just cancelled. I tried calling the restaurant so many times but they ignored the calls. They are absolutely atrocious with no regard for decency to even call a customer and explain the situation. How can they just cancel a order after waiting 1 and a half hours. The worst service ever.

1 /5 Deepak Kerai: Today I ordered a double chicken burger and a single chicken burger, one scoville and the other lemon and herb. Both were ordered as meals. When Tex Ann first opened in Harrow I use to always go there as they were really good, not only giving good service but the food was as you see it on the picture. Tasty and cooked to perfection with all the trimmings i.e. lettuce, tomato, jalapeños etc no matter which burger you ordered. Today and a few past orders have been very disappointing due to the out right no effort given in the attention to detail and to be honest I will not be buying again. I paid £28.29 for these two meals and cannot stress how disappointed I am in spending my money in absolute rubbish. The double burger didn’t even have a double breast in it. It looked like one breast had been cut into two and served as double!!!! The single was the same. I mean come on nearly £30 and food was below McDonalds grade of which you can get two meals for under £15. No dressing on the burger, drinks were warm. My partner even said that McDonalds would of been more satisfying and that is saying something as she does not eat McDonald’s. Seriously Tex Ann sort it out or you will loose more customers.
