5 /5 Nthn_to_say: Really cozy place with great food.
Went to London for a few days and discovered this place near the apartment were I was staying.
The breakfast is delicious and the people working here, very friendly.
Not pricey, good coffee and tea, and you end up full for all morning, will visit again if I have the chance!
3 /5 Charlotte Merkle: If youre looking for a hearty, not so healthy breakfast for a great price, this is the place to go. Its exactly what it looks like, diner-style breakfast that could feed working men (and thats the local folk youll find there), has vegetarian options, decent coffee and costs less than £12/pers for a full English breakfast.
5 /5 Filippo Turetta: As italians, we wanted to try the true English breakfast, so we discovered this really nice pub near our hotel, attended by lots of locals. We ordered the classic english breakfast, the plate was ginormous and we did enjoy it, although we are not used to this kind of meal. The waitress was really really kind. Price was great.
5 /5 Julie Pell: An absolute hidden gem and well worth seeking out. Great place to eat before going to the Imperial War Museum too!! The service is wonderful so too is the food! Brownie points for the best cooked tomatoes I’ve ever had in a cafe ❤️. Thank you!
5 /5 Anna L: The omelette was the best choice. It’s very filling and tastes super. The full breakfast was also good for a simple breakfast. The bistro was relatively full but lucky we got a spot to sit. The servers are great always walk with a smile and ask if you need anything else. You get a great amount and service for what you are paying so it is super worth it!
Dr Shahid Malik Great service and friendly staff. I got a chicken shawarma which was very nice. The chicken felt a tad underdone by about a minute, more of a personal preference than an issue. Otherwise taste was great, including chips etc.
Mirko Muscarà Very nice dining experience. We tried Ameijoas a bilhao pato (clams in garlic and wine sauce), lulas frescas (grilled squid) and, peak of the dinner, Arroz de Marisco (lobster and seafood broth with rice). Everything was quite good, but the lobster and seafood rice broth was quite rich and delicious.
Ahmed Rahman Had an amazing experience at Enigma in Ilford. The food was absolutely excellent — fresh, full of flavour, and clearly made with care. On top of that, the customer service was outstanding. Rehaan went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and made us feel genuinely welcome. Highly recommend this place for both great food and top-class service. Will definitely be returning!
