What Clients Are Saying The Sir Michael Balcon (GG)
4 /5 Ravi Dhillon: Very spacious pub, with seating outside to. The breakfast both English & Egg Benedict was beautifully prepared, very delicious and affordable meal. Customer service is excellent, staff both friendly & efficient. Love the decor, especially the jazzy carpet. Will be back again.
4 /5 Suki G: We tried the ramen, and unfortunately it was very bland and lacked flavour. I expected more, especially since ramen usually has a kick. The rest of the food was fine, nothing special. However, Wetherspoon is still a good spot to chill, have a drink, and talk with friends. The atmosphere is casual and comfortable.
5 /5 Michael Ns: The Sir Michael Balcon is a solid Wetherspoon pub with a relaxed, spacious layout and a good mix of locals and visitors. The food is affordable and reliable — classic pub grub like fish and chips, burgers, and breakfasts served quickly. The drinks menu is extensive with great value for money, especially on ales and beers. Service is usually efficient, and there’s plenty of seating both for individuals and groups. It’s a convenient place to unwind without breaking the bank. Not fancy, but dependable and welcoming for a casual meal or drink.
5 /5 Donnie D: Want to take a moment give special thanks to Beth who alone was holding the fort and managing exceptionally well and with a big smile. She, as we’ve experienced before, always has a positive attitude and the service was prompt and focused around each customer and their needs. Beth is someone who can juggle many balls alone as we saw today all with a positive attitude and above all a smile. She’s a great asset and one of the reasons we love coming here. Thank you Beth and the whole team for an amazing breakfast.
1 /5 Veggie: Me and family are staying nearby and I had read the reviews thinking this wetherspoons sounded good. However its the worst wetherspoons each of my family have ever been to in our lives. Everyone had a meal and half of each meal was so cold.
The halloumi in the halloumi burger was freezing but the chips were warm. My brother had a pie where the gravy was thick and cold along with the chips being cold. He asked them if he could get a new plate which they did but they brought him the same meal back but with warmer thick gravy. Everyone elses meals followed suit as well. Very disappointing, we understand that wetherspoons are cheap and cheerful but on this occasion none of us were smiling.
Jahangir Ahmed I have to say my cravings were fulfilled when I placed 3 Vegetable Chow Mein with complimentary prawn crackers. The Chow Mein was full of flavour, temperature was nice and hot. I am definitely coming back here again to have place another order! Guaranteed place to enjoy your meals!
Cee Ree Best Chinese for miles , I live in Feltham and only realised a year ago they deliver here. Food is always amazing always on time and always hot only things that a bit annoying is they sometimes will only take cash which is a bit annoying as I’ve had to cancel before if they did card all the time would be perfect
Mary Fragapane Such a lovely place. We stopped for a sandwich and it was so good we returned for a full dinner the very next day. The food is incredible, made with love ❤️ The owner and staff are so charming. Great for take away or to eat in.
Christina John Stopped for a drink one day, then came back for dinner the next day. Absolutely fantastic food, and piping hot too. Really tasty & fairly reasonable prices. If were ever in this area again, we will definitely be back!

I suppose is a family business and they must be a nice people because I witnessed how they gave a free meal to one local homeless guy. Definitely the perfect place to grab a nice meal and support a business family.
