2 /5 Rob: We ordered two Souvlaki large mix beef and pork mince roll wraps. After using the kiosk to order, we were told that the beef would take 20 minutes to be ready. The female server was very kind, however, we ended up waiting half an hour and when we got home to eat the wraps, we believe the order was incorrect. We opened the wraps and both seemed to be sausages, not beef and pork. A little disappointing as we waited for such a time and believe we were given the wrong order, even though the staff noted our order taking longer due to it being beef. The food was still very tasty however. We could be wrong and it could have looked like a sausage, but actually been the beef and pork. In that case, the menu images on the kiosk are rather misleading.

3 /5 Mr Singh: Tried the mixed gyros lunch box – a decent portion with chicken, pork, halloumi, chips, and salad. The meat was okay but a bit on the dry side and as juicy and flavourful as I was expecting, so I ended up making full use of the souvlaki sauce to liven it up. The place had just opened for lunch, and service was slow. I waited about 20 minutes for my order. The self-service kiosk didn’t seem to match what was on the tills, which left the staff looking a bit confused.

4 /5 Jonny Hines: I have ordered from here twice and always had fresh, delicious food. Ive just ordered for the third time. The negative reviews dont match my experience. They also called me up to check swapping an item was ok. Good customer service to boot. Thanks
