TheReviewDude Found this place online which had great reviews so thought Id give it ago. It was a quiet Wednesday evening and the place was quiet. The guy serving was also cooking the food so he was back and forth but really friendly and happy to see me. I ordered the classic messy burger and it was honestly one of the best smashed burgers Ive had, and Ive had a few. The bun was toasted perfectly and the 2 smashed patties were cooked just right and melted in the mouth. The chips were so good, lots of Cajun session but not overpowering with the right flavour to match the burger. Service was amazing and the guy behind the counter did a great job. I paid ÂŁ16 which is pretty expensive but I guess thats to do with the location. Its worth it for good quality halal food.

K C Went for lunch on a quiet weekday and it was honestly such a nice little surprise. There were only two other tables, so it felt really relaxed and peaceful — the kind of place where you can actually hear your own thoughts while deciding what to eat. I was looked after by a lovely attentive lady (Asian, I’m so sorry I forgot her name!) who was amazing. She brought water, complimentary prawn crackers, which disappeared suspiciously quickly and gave us some great food recommendations. Always a good sign when the staff actually help you decide instead of just saying “everything is good.” The food itself was delicious: hot, fresh, and clearly made with care. Also the portions are no joke. I appreciated that they offered takeaway boxes because my eyes definitely ordered more than my stomach could handle. The price range is very reasonable and the decor is lovely too — cosy but still stylish. Overall a really enjoyable experience. Great service, great food, and free prawn crackers… which honestly already puts them ahead in life. Would definitely come back!

Anne B We went to Toby carvery today 14th February 2026. The food was amazing, and in particular Chef Jaz invited us up to the Carvery and was so kind and courteous He was so sweet answering questions for my mum who kept repeating herself asking more questions but he was so polite. We came back for seconds because the vegetables were amazing and tasty! Thank you Chef Jaz for making us feel welcome and we will come back for more!

Abigail T This is the second time we’ve eaten at Bronek’s Fish Restaurant in West London, and it didn’t disappoint. The seafood is incredibly fresh, the portions generous, and the interior has a quirky charm. Pricing is very reasonable compared to overhyped spots in central London. We had the garlic butter prawns to start, the grilled John Dory with garlic mash, and the octopus with olives, grilled vegetables, and potatoes — everything was perfectly cooked and full of flavour. Highly recommend for seafood lovers!

Tim Hood Proof the Masterchef judges got it right! We had Sunday lunch here and it was the best we’ve ever had, with the added bonus of some Michelin quality starters and deserts. Had a quick chat with Tom the owner who is a lovely guy and deserves the support of anyone who believes in top quality, good honest food and backing UK’s small businesses. Go there and be happy!
