Jane Saunders I bring my dad here for lunch every few weeks and we love it. We are always very warmly welcomed by Liza and her team and we cannot fault the food. It always tastes fresh and the portion sizes are very generous. On our most recent visit we shared the ploughmans platter which was presented beautifully. It was delicious and so nice to have proper thick cut ham and tasty mature cheddar included. It was certainly enough for us and superb value for money. All in all I cant recommend this lovely pub highly enough and I hope it continues to thrive. We cant wait until our next visit, thank you.

Rebecca Cowing An absolute must-visit! I can’t recommend the homemade pies enough — they’re incredible and everything is cooked fresh to order. They also host a pie night every Thursday, which is definitely worth checking out. I haven’t tried the roast dinner yet, but I’ve heard fantastic reviews. The service is great, the atmosphere is welcoming (and dog-friendly!), and the prices are very reasonable for the quality you receive.

Bhanu Garikipati Absolutely in love with the food at this Indian Catering couple! Every dish is packed with amazing flavors. My favorites are the Junnu, Egg Puffs, Veg/Jackfruit Biryani, and Dal Makhani – they never disappoint! Highly recommend!

Forzka Just about as sushi as sushi gets, honestly. Their menu is diverse—going further than to just have sushi, but also pots of katsu chicken noodles, small bags of prawns, and even complimentary chopsticks & soy sauce that you can take free of charge. You walk in through a curtain of small chains that are somehow very good at keeping in the smell of seafood, which does a great job at encapsulating the atmosphere. You get to watch the staff make the food infront of you. If the pre-made bento boxes in the refrigerated area arent unique enough, you are still able to ask the staff to make a platter with specific types of sushi. Honestly? This place is what got me into liking seafood & its probably one of the better decisions I have made. If you have a lunch budget of around £10, I would highly recommend going here.

Louise Hicks A true hidden gem! Weve visited several Turkish restaurants across the country, and this one stands out as the absolute best. The food was absolutely delicious—beautifully presented, packed with flavour, and the portions were generous, making it excellent value for money. The staff were warm, attentive, and quick to notice when we needed anything, which is a big plus for me. In many places, you can struggle to catch a server’s eye, but not here—they were on the ball without being intrusive. 10/10 — we’d recommend this place to anyone in the area looking for a fantastic dining experience. It’s just a shame we live in Cornwall, or this would definitely be a regular spot for us!

Rachael Conroy We had our first post-lockdown meal at Reflections Restaurant and it was brilliant. The chosen menu was very tasty, we each had 3 courses and there isn’t a bad thing to say about any of them. What really made the experience was the service though. Zoltan was an excellent waiter and made us feel incredibly welcomed and they’ve managed to keep a sense of atmosphere even with the spaced out tables.
