1 /5 prena Saw: I ordered the Korean chicken baos for £9.99, including the delivery fee. What I received was very disappointing — one bao had a tiny piece of chicken, and the other barely had any at all, mostly just batter. Very, very disappointing. I used to love Wagamama, but not anymore.

3 /5 J C: Very good service. We were seated at a corner without much interruption. Food is full of fusions indeed. The starters were quite nice. For the mains, salmon & chicken were cooked thoroughly to avoid food poisoning, which is understandable. Personally would prefer adequate amount of seasoning and just-right cooking time. Overall, it’s an option to go for before your movie next door.

2 /5 cristian manu: Disappointed that as a couple our food came 15-20 minutes apart This is literally with only 5-6 tables in the whole restaurant… When we mentioned that to the staff we were told that : that is not how Wagamama works… Basically couples eat 15 minutes apart! Wow! Absolute nonsense and poor customer service There is no common sense and waiters are just mannerless kids dressed like going to the gym or casually hanging out, not serving paying customers… There is no effort to make things right So I am not making any effort myself to score anything more than 2 stars and I am being generous
