5 /5 Nicholas Teoh: Let’s be real — food in the UK isn’t exactly something I’ve missed… but there were two exceptions that stuck with me since I left in 2020: a proper Greek gyros wrap and a good Neapolitan pizza. Now, after five years away and back for a short three-week holiday, I’m so glad I found Yamas — and met the lovely and friendly Marina — on my last stop before heading to the airport. The food was authentic, flavourful, and full of heart; it instantly brought back the memories and feelings I’d been missing all these years. I had gyros during my first week here, but nothing compares to what I had today. Thank you for the amazing food and warm Greek hospitality — I’m leaving the UK with a full stomach, a happy heart, and that beautiful sense of nostalgia you only feel when something you’ve waited years to taste again finally returns. 5 /5 Dom White: Feeling the need for winter comfort food, I couldn’t walk past the front door of Yamas in Camden High Street! Loved my chicken gyros and latte. Both delicious. I would have liked the coffee a little hotter because it was a cold day but that’s a small thing and didn’t detract from the enjoyment of my lunch. Craving fully satisfied!

5 /5 Sebastian Khoo: Went in for dinner and the food was excellent. We had beef stifado (traditional special) and chicken gyros. Good portion sizes per person and some lovely specialty drinks. Lexi was incredible and full of laughs! Thank you for creating such a great evening!!
