Thomas Frose Zizzi Greenwich has a pleasant atmosphere with fun interior. We visited on a Wednesday in the evening and it was relatively calm - perfect for people who enjoy a more cozy experience. The food was amazing! We loved the Carbonara they serve. For dessert we can recommend their Tiramisu and I enjoyed their Cappuccino as well. As of writing this in our latest visit we had Bianca as our server - she was very pleasant and lovely. I highly recommend Zizzi Greenwich.

Emma I visited here in December for a work xmas do. The fact it was busy showed how fantastic this restaurant is. Its away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre and provides free on site parking. The food is great... Amazing portion sizes and soo full of flavour. We all walked away with a smile and full tummy! Thankyou

Daniele Fragaria AMAZING meal as always at this Institution of FINE Italian cooking in the UK . We were lucky enough To sample Chef-patron Marzio Cooking last night , And it was SUBLIME from start to finish, The signature Crab Pasta is The best I have ever had , I think it has been on the menu for many years And it’s always fantastic . Stuffed pasta also really good . Again, the lamb is the best I’ve ever had , Incredibly tender and tasty . The cod with Italian lentils, also proper fine dining at its best ! Deserts amazing ! Damian Kowalski Just had a black Americano and smashed avocado on gluten-free bread topped with scrambled eggs and a touch of chilli oil — and honestly, I can’t fault it! The flavours were perfectly balanced, and the scrambled eggs were cooked just right. Hats off to the chef — especially impressive considering it looks like there isn’t even a full kitchen here. I can only imagine how amazing the food would be if the chef had access to a proper commercial kitchen. A great experience overall — I’ll definitely be coming back!

Eloise Wardlaw This was my second visit, and both times have been exceptional. The service is friendly without being overbearing, and impressively efficient. The chefs skill and attention to detail shows in every dish. Each level of flavour is carefully considered and beautifully balanced, with nothing feeling rushed or careless. Consistently high-quality food and a restaurant that clearly takes pride in what it does. I can’t wait to go back next month!

The Real Greek - Spitalfields - Tower Hamlets

Travel. Eat. Live. More. We went to The Real Greek in Spitalfields for lunch this afternoon. The Real Greek is located near Flying Tiger Copenhagen inside Old Spitalfields Market. The Real Greek has one of the best weekday lunchtime deals in London. I was really impressed with the value for money. For the Souvlaki Grill, there is a choice of one grill and it includes Chips(or Rice), Tzatziki, Greek Salad and a flatbread for £13.50 per person . Alternatively there is an option of the Souvlaki Wrap with one side for £13.50 per person. These lunch menus are served between Monday and Friday between 12pm to 5pm. The service was great, our server Nadir was very friendly. The food was amazing. The portions were generous, the food was beautifully presented and there was freshness in every bite! The chicken was delicious, the chicken was perfectly cooked and had a lovely flavour. The Greek Salad(I ordered it without tomatoes)was delicious. All the vegetables were really tasty and fresh. The feta was really delicious and fresh. I liked the salad dressing too. The Tzatziki was fresh and delicious too. I liked the texture of the Tzatziki. The gluten free flatbread was delicious too and had a great texture. The rice was delicious too and I liked the texture of the rice too. There are loads of gluten free options marked on the menu. The decor in here is fantastic. My only point for improvement is that the atmosphere could be improved. The atmosphere felt a little bit flat. Music at a louder volume would really enhance the atmosphere. I would also like to see the Chickpea Salad return on the menu as that was one of my favourite dishes at The Real Greek. This is an excellent restaurant to visit in London and it is a great place to go for high quality food without breaking the bank. I hope to visit The Real Greek for lunch again in the very near future.
