Sams Kitchen Hammersmith - (Near Hammersmith and Fulham, South East)

3 /5 Ahaab Syed: Unfortunately mid and thats being kind. Quality of the meat was there, but for my taste under seasoned. Portion sizes definitely on the small side, to the point of feeling slightly offensive. Sides were a definite let down, powdery chips that tasted stale (we got the loaded fries and chorizo fries) nothing of note texturally or flavour wise across the board. The slaw was literally cabbage and sweetcorn in mayonnaise. For what you pay theres much better out there (even five guys). Service was pleasant enough, quiet when we went.

4 /5 Richard Johnstone: A great place to grab some food after a few drinks by the river at Hammersmith Bridge. Sams Kitchen offers a limited evening menu of smash burgers and fries, and they are fantastic. Its quick, tasty, accepting walk-ins only and has tables outside and in. My double cheeseburger, loaded fried and a Sams lager - hit the spot. The burger was moist, meaty, well seasoned and very tasty. The fries were fab too. I would have loved to have something sweet to finish but sadly there are limited, in fact no dessert options - other than a frozen margherita!

5 /5 H C: What a great little find this was. It was recommended by another little cafe, one of our new favourites, who sadly weren’t open. We got the days muddled up over the Christmas holidays. This is situated just behind the River Thames in Hammersmith and behind Riverside Studios. It also has a sister deli opposite. We almost went there and then we found this. Such a lovely cafe. Went for breakfast, lovely staff. Great atmosphere and tasty food. The photos looks like the baps are greasy but it’s just the type of roll (bun had a shiney crispy top). Only observation was that the baps were a little small, would be great if they just increased the size of these Definitely recommend! We will be returning. Thanks goes to Elderflower Press Cafe for suggesting … another very popular cafe.

5 /5 Catherine Warner: Delicious food with a varied menu, brunch classics and some with a twist as well. Same great quality ingredients as Sam’s Riverside but with a more relaxed atmosphere - definitely recommend!
