The William Morris - JD Wetherspoon - (Near Hammersmith and Fulham, South East)

5 /5 Luca Kalmár: We tried it yesterday with my friends, and we loved it. It had a very good price, and all of the food had a good price. We ate fish & chips; mashed peas, and we all can say that everything was very delicious and we are highly recommend this place! We didn’t took pictures, but the portions are huge, so make sure you arrive hungry! Very nice staff, very fast serving, and everything was so right in this place! We will come back, as soon as we can!

3 /5 Olyden Johnson: The William Morris Review Its worth taking note. Warm and friendly staff can forgive a multitude of sins. Ive just recently given a 3 star review to slightly more upmarket restaurant, that took a 10% service charge. The pub was very busy for a Wednesday evening. It felt like a Friday. The staff were very stretched, but kept their helpfulness and friendliness. There were many tables which hadnt been cleared of debris from the previous occupants. None of the snack options for the kids meals were available. Wetherspoon doesnt claim anything it is not. You get what you pay for. Wetherspoon can sometimes find it difficult to keep all food items at a decent temperature. Therefore ending up with items that are sometimes cold. The food was ok by Wetherspoon standards. Nothing to complain or write home about. In this day and age where too much screen time can be damaging for childrens mental health. Parents will often just give them some sort of screen, so they can have 5 minutes peace. Well stocked kids activity sheets are a good thing. However, they had no crayons.

3 /5 Graham Cave: Used to be good for food and drink. I have been coming here for the past couple of years. Recently had two meals which were awful. Steak and kidney with no steak or kidney just dry suet and also fish and chips which was mainly uncooked batter. Batter and chips it should be called. Have you changed your cooks recently? Next time only going for the beer and maybe a bag of crisps. Beer was great as ever but never get a full pint.Annoying.

5 /5 mimi mimi: My husband and I stopped by today around 11 AM and had a great experience. We had the traditional English breakfast—it was tasty, served fast, and hit the spot. The Pepsi with plenty of ice and the self-service coffee were decent additions to the meal. Despite being quite busy with a local crowd, the place was remarkably clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Perfect for a quick, fuss-free family breakfast!

5 /5 Obong Efi: The William Morris in Hammersmith is one of those places that never needs over-explaining. I’ve been coming here for years, mainly for breakfast — and if you know, you know. The Freedom Breakfast does exactly what it’s meant to do, and it does it well. No fuss, no gimmicks. What really sets this place apart is value. Drink prices are genuinely some of the best you’ll find in London, especially for such a central location. You’re right next to the station, right in the heart of Hammersmith, and the atmosphere is always lively. I’ve never been here and not seen people — that alone tells you everything. In the summer, the outdoor seating and big screens (tennis, events, the lot) make it even better. Reliable, well-located, and consistently buzzing. A proper local that delivers every time.
