3 /5 Bobby Shah: The venue and banqueting room were impressive, offering a pleasant atmosphere. However, the dining experience fell short of expectations. The food was overly spiced, with an unbalanced flavor profile that did not appeal to our group. We were informed that the restaurant rotates between three chefs and, unfortunately, the least favoured one was on duty during our visit. As a result, none of us found the dishes enjoyable. Surprisingly, the crisps and peanuts were more flavorful than the main offerings, which was quite disappointing.

1 /5 Sundar Bala: This place is currently rated 1/5 by Food Standard Agency on their website. Not surprising. I dont think Ill be going there again. The lady took the items in for (doggy) bagging and somebody from kitchen seem to have eaten two pieces of chicken from the special chicken dish and threw into the biryani!!! See picture. May be very poorly paid and starved staff by the owners! All that despite a £10 tip we gave even with the very late food servings that we had to chase for. Management, what you are doing is wrong.

1 /5 C Saria: We visited this gastro pub for lunch and, while I appreciate the effort put into the food, the overall experience wasn’t as pleasant as we had hoped. I noticed dog hair on my plate twice, which was disappointing and affected my confidence in the hygiene standards. I also wasn’t aware that dogs were allowed in the indoor dining area. There was a large husky walking around quite freely, and at one point the dog climbed onto a cupboard where clean plates were kept. Although I have nothing against dogs at all, this did make me feel quite uncomfortable and a bit on edge while eating. I completely understand and respect that many venues are dog-friendly, and many guests enjoy that. My feedback is simply that clearer information about the dog policy, and perhaps ensuring animals aren’t in food-service areas, would really help improve the dining experience for everyone. Unfortunately, due to these issues, the visit wasn’t as enjoyable as we’d hoped. I hope this feedback is helpful going forward.
