Frederique Lambrakis-Haddad Amazing food made with love and just simply a delight. And a huge feast! I absolutely love this restaurant and if you are happy to eat anything with a sense of imagination, mystery and creative combinations, then this is the place for you. You do not choose but you get so much variety and creativity that those of us who really enjoy surprises combined with excellent skill, then try this out. I recommend to foodies!! Thank you. Elizabeth Jowett The Southern Belle was ideally located for my conference trip to Brighton. The rooms were lovely and the bar and food downstairs was excellent! Wendy looked after us so well in the bar, where local people enjoyed the relaxed and friendly ambience. Wednesday night was a special treat when quite a few musicians assembled to play their lovely folk music. It was excellent !

Sarasjuntorn Angkinun My husband and I can confidently say that etch. is the best fine dining restaurant we’ve experienced in Brighton so far. We booked the tasting menu with wine pairing, and every course was exceptional. The food was outstanding, beautifully presented, and full of flavour, while the service was warm, attentive, and truly professional. A wonderful dining experience from start to finish - highly recommend!

Magda De Melo What a pleasant surprised. Trying to find a table for 5 at midday for a spontanous roast is a tricky find when you call up most places and theyre fully booked until 5:30pm that evening - we were so lucky that wasnt the case with La Piazza and I imagine its because no one would think that this resturant would do such a great roast! Hoenestly - the portion size inceedible, the beef thin, the pork belly wasnt too crisp that we couldnt bite into the top, so yummy and the chicken was also really really good! All five of us were really happy with our choice. Would defintely go again and recommend to others. Really lovely variation of veggies too.
