5 /5 Dee Ea: Lovely family run business. Owner is lovely. I’ve tried many other Chinese restaurants around the area and this one tops the lot. Not overly salty. Good portion sizes for a great price. Really tasty (based on sweet and sour chicken/ chicken chow mein/singapore fried rice. Their chilli oil is really nice too.

5 /5 Alana Maslen: What a local gem! We got 3 main dishes, soup and sides for £27. The owner was so lovely and the food was very fresh and not too salty. I 100% recommend this place to any locals in the area!

The owner tells me that one of the beautifully cared for plants in the window is 30 years old, saying that is was “older than you!”. After Christmas he says it will be time to close as he will retire. The food was delicious. What a loss to the community. This is exactly what makes London, London.

You really receive value for money here with most dishes around £5-£8 with large portions like the chow mein which nearly overflows from the box. Amazing taste and feels authentic! I had Char Siu Chow Mein, Salt and Pepper Wings, Special HK Style Sweet and Sour Pork with Rice, and Lemon Chicken. Including some free prawn crackers and spring rolls!
