4 /5 Sami: Food was good had their breakfast good size a variety. Service was a little slow as they were busy but great atmosphere and they didnt rush you which is always nice. Would go again
4 /5 Sarah Lalani: Came here to celebrate my husbands 40th birthday. Unfortunately despite requesting them to make it extra special for him, they did not even bother to acknowledge the occasion or even wish him happy birthday- disappointing!!
The waitress who seated us was considerate of the fact that we had a baby. Food took a little while to arrive but was good- really enjoyed my chicken salad. Asked one waitress for the bill and for the next 10mins she proceeded to serve other people so then asked another waitress for the same thing. Good food, disappointing service!
4 /5 Mimi: The food here is always excellent and the staff are consistently friendly and attentive. Service can take a little time, but it’s well worth the wait for the quality of the food and the warm atmosphere. They’re especially amazing when it comes to birthdays and the special pastry with “Happy Birthday” written on it is such a lovely touch!
5 /5 Favour Godwin: I’ve visited this restaurant several times and I will keep visiting as the food is very good value for money, tastes nice and the portion sizes are great, not to mention the ambience is warm and welcoming- very instagrammable. They even sing for you on your birthday which is becoming less and less common in restaurants nowadays.
I’d advise to book in advance to avoid disappointment and when they are busy, waiting times may be a bit longer, one of the waiters acted like she didn’t hear us when we asked for the bill the last time I was there, I will take it as her being stressed although it did appear quite rude, however I won’t let it taint my overall experience as generally the team do make every effort to give their best when I visit. So I will just see it as an off day.
But I would recommend this place and everyone I have taken to the restaurant has visited again with friends and family so that speaks to how good the experience generally is.
5 /5 Jordan Delong: Booked in with the Cockfosters branch for a bridal shower - nicely designed restaurant, tasty food for excellent value, and extremely helpful staff including great help from Fatma, Hasan and Mert. Our bride-to-be had a beautiful day and I could not be more grateful for the hospitality from the team :) thank you very much!
C S Last minute booking for a mid week birthday dinner and what a great find.
(Booked through the Fork.)
Friendly, attentive and experienced front of house staff. Yummy strawberry margarita. Delicious food and fun desserts. Well be back.
Isidore Hitmouse Prompt delivery (by the restaurant, not Deliveroo), good portions, tender meat, good flavours, free poppadoms/dip/salad, reasonable prices. Nothing that would be remarkable 15 years ago, but rarely seen in the wild these days.
Dalila Abd Rahman A friend recommended this place. The food is amazing. Simple healthy menu yet so flavourful and satisfying! Small, quaint cafe and family friendly. They have a selection of toys to keep my toddler busy. A little pricey compared to surrounding cafes but well worth it. Would definitely come again.
neda a The place had such a lovely and romantic atmosphere. The staff were very polite and truly lovely. The food was delicious, but it was a bit pricey compared to typical Turkish dishes
L N Booked a table for 2 a few nights ago.
Staff are very attentive.
We ordered seaweed, spring rolls and prawn toast as starters, all very nice.
And sweet & sour prawns, noodles with bean sprouts, egg fried rice and chilli beef mains.
Far too much for us but really tasty and fresh and we had food for next day.
With 2 beers and a sprite it came to £67 which we thought reasonable.
Would definitely return to try more dishes.
