Simon Rhodes Always come here after dropping wife off at airport. Food & service excellent. Great full English & coffee. But loads of alternatives like pancakes & Rancheros.Always busy. Music level can be on high side. One minor gripe, get proper Coleman’s English mustard. Heinz is terrible.

Darcey Croft We popped into the Saffron Lounge for the first time, as a spontaneous walkin, and honestly the welcome couldn’t have been nicer. We were given a lovely table straight away and the whole place had such an easy, inviting vibe. The food was five star good - full of flavour, really fresh, and just delicious. Service was spot on the whole time too, friendly without being over the top. We left saying we’d definitely be back. Great local find!

Annie We stayed here for a week, 5 stars for this lovely restaurant and hotel! The staff are fantastic and have a great sense of humour, they made us feel so welcome. Anything we needed they got for us. The food is delicious. A very unique twist on an old English pub! There is lots of space and a good sized secure carpark! The hotel is in a nice area and we throughly enjoyed our stay. A special thank you to Venus for going out of his way, we will be back!

Jamie Fox Hands down the best curry in Chalfont St Peter. Fresh, full of flavour, and consistently delicious. The portions are generous, the service is warm and attentive, and every dish is cooked to perfection. Easily our go-to spot for Indian food in the village.

Willem Lovely pub to visit, owners were really kind and approachable. Something that is sorely missed in most pubs these days! We stayed in our van as we were heading down to the new forest for a nice break, they let us sleep in the car park without any fuss and even gave us a few spots to try on our way down there. Pints were good quality, very fresh and cold! We didn’t have food but the menu itself looked decent. In conclusion a really nice old school pub with charisma and charm, definitely would recommend visiting!!
