5 /5 Gemma Benjamin: First time visiting this area of London & we were so pleased we found a Franco Manca around the corner from our hotel. We were greeted very warmly by Tomasso, who went above & beyond for myself and my partner. Our meal was delicious as usual & the tiramasu was amazing. Tomasso asked about our stay and gave great recommendations of things to do in London that we didnt know about, despite it not being our first time in London. Defintely check in and look for Tomasso! We will be back next time. Thank you.

5 /5 Seinap N.: We had an absolutely wonderful experience thanks to the incredibly kind and attentive manager. From the very beginning, Tom took exceptional care of us. When I mentioned that I am pregnant, he immediately checked every single ingredient on the allergy list to make sure everything was safe for me. That level of care and attention is truly rare and deeply appreciated. He went above and beyond to ensure that everything was exactly to our taste, and we were more than impressed. As first-time visitors to London, we honestly had the best pizza here even better than in the city center! We will definitely be coming back, and next time we’re already looking forward to trying the Nutella Biscoff dessert. Thank you so much, Tom, also for the special tips that made our London visit even better. Highly recommended!

5 /5 Mahmoud Sreij: couldn’t be happier with our visit. Thomas is an exceptionally friendly and caring person, and you can truly feel how much he values his guests. He made us feel welcome from the first moment and looked after us with great attention. When my wife mentioned that she is pregnant, Tom took the time to carefully check all ingredients to ensure everything was safe for her, which we really appreciated. His dedication and genuine effort made a huge difference and showed how passionate he is about what he does. The pizza was outstanding without a doubt the best we’ve had in London, even better than in the city center. As first-time visitors, this place was a real highlight for us. We left completely satisfied and already know that we’ll be back soon

5 /5 JxEatsALot: Great pizzas! I did their January pizza run (for every km, you get a £ off). Basically, had the meal for free :) Ordered to pizzas, which were their latest additions. Beef ragu and sausage. Great stuff, not particularly oily, crispy crust. It’s oven baked in their own pizza oven at the back. Lovely meal, great ambience. Only downside was they opened later than I expected at 12.30. Not sure if this was an issue on Google’s side.

1 /5 Roberta DM: We waited around 15 minutes just to be acknowledged after arriving, which wasn’t a great start. When we were finally seated, it was at one of those tiny square tables in the middle of the restaurant with two stools instead of chairs—no backs to lean on, and nowhere to hang our coats, so we ended up keeping them on our laps for the entire meal. To make things worse, our group of six was split across two small tables, even though there were several larger tables available right by the prep area. Strangely, those tables were only being used by staff, while we were left squeezed onto uncomfortable stools in the middle of the room. Our waitress with blue dreads never smiled and did her job with no enthusiasm at all. I don’t expect over-the-top friendliness, but I also don’t want to be served by someone who clearly doesn’t enjoy what they’re doing. On a positive note, once we finished our pizzas, a different staff member came to clear the plates. He was polite, smiling, and even apologised for the long wait when we arrived — a small gesture that was genuinely appreciated. As for the food, it was okay — nothing terrible, but nothing that would make me want to come back. Overall, the uncomfortable seating, lack of warmth, and poor organisation really took away from the experience. Even though the pizza was fine, I definitely won’t be returning.
