Paul Dunstan Service was great, food excellent and even accommodated some changes to the menu. Probably one of the best cafes in Portsmouth for home cooked food at affordable prices.

Pui Man Lo Saro’s Thai Cafe is so good! Everything tastes exactly like authentic Thai food in Thailand. The Thai milk tea is super tasty. Pad Thai and pork leg on rice are my absolute favorites. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be coming back. Hope to see more new desserts in the future, like pandan cake and mango sticky rice!

The restaurant itself was clean, stylish, and had a lively but comfortable ambiance that made the whole visit enjoyable. One of the highlights of our experience was the excellent customer service. Christine and Julia, who served us during our visit, were both incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. They made us feel genuinely welcome, checked in regularly without being intrusive, and ensured that everything we needed was taken care of promptly. Their positive attitude and friendly approach truly added a personal touch to our dining experience. The food was equally impressive — beautifully presented, fresh, and full of flavour. The menu offered a good variety of options, and everything we ordered arrived on time and tasted delicious. It was clear that care had been taken in both preparation and presentation. Overall, Zizzi delivered not only great food but also outstanding service, thanks especially to Christine and Julia. Their hospitality made our visit memorable and enjoyable from start to finish. Mohammed Nijamudeen First time having a jacket potato at a restaurant and I have to say it was better than expected. I went for the garlic chilli chicken and it was really tasty with a good depth of flavour. The tram sauce was spot on. All in all well worth the hype. The only thing was it wasn’t quite as hot as expected. I was a bit surprised to see it fairly quiet for a Saturday evening especially on the high street just a week after opening.

Kate Hare The food looks fresh but its minimal for price you pay. Could be displayed better. The staff look annoyed about everything. Drinks machine wasnt wprking and noone shared amd when asked they were almost annoyed we asked. It was not busy. The place is clean
