Ann Great value for money, 80 pounds together, at Dandan Noodles near Aldgate East! The Sichuan dishes here arent just about being spicy - theyre all about great flavour, colour, and aroma. I ordered the beef rice noodles, and the beef brisket and stir-fried pork were both tender and tasty. The absolute classic is the Yu-Xiang shredded pork — incredibly delicious! The service was wonderful as well. The staff even asked if I needed a fork, which was really thoughtful for anyone not tamiliar with chopsticks. Overall, an excellent experience and Ill definitely be coming back!

Nicholas Green Another great meal. Not cheap of course, but very good value for what it is which is some of the best food in the area coupled with great atmosphere and excellent service and hospitality: difficult to ensure in rural areas.

Terracotta Acton - Camden

Rating: 4.8 /5
Sarah We visited Terracotta Acton recently and had a wonderful experience. We gave into the temptation and tried a few tapas, including the jamón ibérico croquettes and the chorizo cooked in red wine, both of which were nothing short of delicious, full of flavour, and clearly freshly made. We also shared a jug of sangria which was excellent and well-balanced! For mains, we had the crab ravioli and a margherita pizza. The pasta was subtly rich and comforting, and the pizza was perfectly cooked with a light base and fresh ingredients, definitely rivalling some of the local pizza youd find in Acton. We came just before the dinner rush, and the atmosphere was exactly what youd hope for from a tapas restaurant: relaxed, intimate, and authentic. The customer service was great, and we were well looked after from the moment we stepped in. Overall a great, affordable local gem, and Id definitely recommend! We absolutely will be coming back.
