Frederique Lambrakis-Haddad Amazing food made with love and just simply a delight. And a huge feast! I absolutely love this restaurant and if you are happy to eat anything with a sense of imagination, mystery and creative combinations, then this is the place for you. You do not choose but you get so much variety and creativity that those of us who really enjoy surprises combined with excellent skill, then try this out. I recommend to foodies!! Thank you. Sarasjuntorn Angkinun My husband and I can confidently say that etch. is the best fine dining restaurant we’ve experienced in Brighton so far. We booked the tasting menu with wine pairing, and every course was exceptional. The food was outstanding, beautifully presented, and full of flavour, while the service was warm, attentive, and truly professional. A wonderful dining experience from start to finish - highly recommend!

tina hh Came in November for lunch with friends so ordered a lot of food to taste. The portions aren’t all that big so it adds up cost wise, when you add a glass of wine here & there for 4 we spent just shy of £300. But the food was good, taramasalata & hash brown were the standouts, suet pudding was also excellent . Fish cooked perfectly but personally didn’t think that much of the broth. All in all very good

Beth Starling Such a great find for dinner on their first weekend. The atmosphere had a buzzy, friendly energy, the service was spot on, and the food was delicious. The Padron peppers and sea bass were especially amazing, definitely two of my favourites! I really can’t fault either the food or the service. Such a great addition to the area, and I’ll definitely be back!

Nin Dulai What a wonderful place. We were lucky enough to sit at the chefs table and the head chef and his team were very friendly and happy to chat to us. It’s fantastic what they produced in a small space which was calm the whole evening. The food was amazing, staff friendly and knowledgeable about the food and wine. We both loved it so much. Well done to a great team and if we were local we would definitely come back. Thanks so much x

Anna Howes Absolutely delicious steak cooked to perfection. Amazing sides too, especially the mash. Our waiter (the italian guy) was also lovely.
