1 /5 Vikki Jones: Weve used this Chinese for a while and the food is nice, however I ordered curry triangles as i do with every order but they had changed supplier and they were disgusting. We phoned to say that these were horrible and we would like them changed or our money back. The person we spoke to who we had a good rapport with became very aggressive saying McDonalds wouldnt change your food. Firstly they do, but secondly McDonalds doesnt cost the same as a Chinese. We spent on average £30 to £60 a week. We stopped using them for a month or so because of the reaction to making a complaint. Today we decided to try again, but once again was welcomed with an argumentative rude and aggressive owner. The food is good, and average in price but do not ever complain as they dont care, will not refund you or change food if its bad and they dont care if you stop using them. Customer service is non existant and clearly customer opinions and feedback is not important. I would not recommend using this Chinese for the reasons given above.

1 /5 Charlie Milner: Stayed away for a long time due to very poor hygiene rating. Saw that they have gone up to a 5 and thought we would give it a go. However, my mother in law found a raw prawn in her curry and the prawns in the singapore noodles still had their digestive tracts! Absolutely disgusting will not be ordering again.

1 /5 Stepan Mazany: Chicken satay was dry and tasteless as well as the sauce which by the way looked like Knorr stock pot. Vegetarian spring rolls tasted after fish. I guess they fryed it in the same oil like other fish dishes. Rest of the food was less than average. Disappointed and will never order anything for them again.

5 /5 frini bi: Lovely food and the staff are so kind, warm and accomodating! Really like the dim sum!
