Gihan Thabrew Great to find a place in Worthing that serves tasty Sri Lankan food. Had the kotthu and the flavours were authentic, served in a decent portion. Even better to get to drink a Lion lager! Don’t be misled by the kebab and burger signs, which they also do, worth a visit!

H Hunt We had a table of 7 and were immediately accommodated despite the pub and restaurant being very busy. The manager who served us, Samuel was funny, polite and incredibly welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. The two ladies behind the bar who I noted their names Olivia and Louisa were so nice to my children and made them laugh and smile throughout the many interactions at the bar. The food was fantastic, cooked perfectly with ample sides. Our chef was the kitchen manager Christopher so I’m told. Christopher, thank you!! I personally tried a new signature burger which was huge, and amazing value for money. My partner’s allergy was catered for with expert knowledge and it was a marked change from feeling like a burden having to explain what a gluten intolerance meant in many other establishments. Christian Macani ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easily one of the best food spots around! Don’t let the name fool you — this place is so much more than just burgers. The prawns were golden and crispy with their house-made breadcrumbs, the flame-grilled chicken was juicy and full of smoky flavour, and the grilled wings were tender, saucy, and absolutely delicious. The mac & cheese was rich, creamy, and cheesy, while the spicy rice added the perfect kick. And if you’ve got a sweet tooth — do not leave without trying the Oreo milkshake. It’s thick, creamy, and perfectly blended with that irresistible cookies-and-cream goodness. The best way to finish a meal that already hits every note. Special shoutout to Dave and Uncs for their top-tier service! They were friendly, attentive, and made sure every detail was spot on from start to finish. You can really feel their pride and passion in what they do. Great food, great vibes, and some of the best customer service around — this place deserves all the stars

Michele Blunt Just wanted to say we had an amazing time last night at the Henty Arms. Staff were very friendly. Could hear some music going on which sounded brilliant from my bungalow. I only live round the corner and we were going to stay in but as soon as we heard the music decided to go out. What a brilliant night. Superb band with excellent music. The staff were most welcoming and out the back of the pub where the music was there wasnt any where to sit, but the girl who served us straight away bought 2 chairs over so we could sit down. Thank you so much for such an amazing evening and superb music. How nice that Ferring has events going on.

Karina Wilson My first visit to Beehive Cafe as we were staying at Beehive airbnb for weekend.. The cafe had grate choice of local produce dishes and drinks so we enjoid cooked breakfasts and smashed avocado on toast which were all excellent. Bonus as 10% off bill as staying in Airbnb. Luvly atmosphere in the cafe and staff were grate especially Mike the owner. We had a good chat on what to do in the area, plus booked afternoon tea at cafe as surprise 4 our aunty whod come with us. The tea was superb, such luvly homemade scones, cakes and delicious sandwiches. We were very impressed and so full after a weekend of home cooked treats. The Airbnb was grate price for 4 of us and far cheapa than a local b&b and a brand hotel near by. We had to call Mike as we couldnt get TV 2 work but he soon popped up 2 show us. Very helpful and quick 2 respond. Overall a great stay with bonus of cafe below and A good base 4 us visiting local Arundel and Brighton. Highly recommend and hav booked again 4 September.
