Myself Im Polish but i speak Russian too, so sometimes it difficult to understand what language speak clerk and they get upset when i speak Russian. Why dont you use name badges with flags what language you speak? It will make service more enjoyable for clients and staff.

4 /5 tibor toth: Great selection of east-European food and ingredients. Love the sauerkraut and leaves also the smoked ribs. One star less because I believe the staff should smile to boost the atmosphere in the shop.

1 /5 VP: Terrible customer service. Walked in and said hello and I was given a look like I just walked in to beg or something. Asked a question and got completely ignored. Just do yourself a favour and dont shop there. Also bought a couple of products and one of them was off. Still in date but the pack was unsealed and smelled and tasted awful. So overall you get treated bad and they sell you gone off stuff. Terrible, avoid.

While scanning my items through the till,she was laughing out loud chatting to a Lithuanian guy behind me She ignored me so I felt frustrating. When I was back home,I noticed the bread expired the day before and the cut-priced cheese was moldy.
