Pepes - (Near Merton, South East)

5 /5 Arif Khan: Pepes is the regular go to for me. Met a friend here for dinner as we often do. Upgraded my fries to wedges, and it was great. Lovely mango and lime flavour half chicken with a drink. You do have to wait for your order but that is how you know it is cooked there and then. The sauce included, garlic mayo based, is lovely. Highly recommend this place.

Bursts of customers and riders (like Deliveroo, Uber Eats etc) called in whilst I waited for my takeout order. Per receipt, I tried the Texan beef meal (the patty was moist and cooked well) and a Korean lamb burger (this patty was definitely overcooked and on the dry side). * The server at the till was friendly and helpful. * The garlic mayo was rather thin and could almost be poured, rather than thick like a standard supermarket mayo. The food is always fresh, tasty, and well-packed for takeaway. You can tell he really cares about customer satisfaction. Highly recommend this place — Haziq does a fantastic job!

4 /5 Vanessa: I like it for its portion size but the taste is hit and miss. Ive ordered the same chicken and rice box but it didnt taste the same as previous and it was very spicy. We ordered the mild family meal and it was very good. The rice portion was definitely not for a family but the whole chicken option was better than the rice box. It is hard to park and delivery is too far.
