3 /5 Efe Zeybel: I had tried it before but ordered again to remind myself of the taste. It was quite nice, but it arrived a little cold, probably due to the packaging or because it wasn’t completely fresh. The burger also had noticeably less cheese compared to the photos. Still, if you’re craving crispy chicken, it’s a good place to eat in person—I haven’t gone myself, but I’m sure it would be better that way. For delivery, however, it’s not entirely flawless. The packaging could keep the food warmer, and a bit more care would improve the experience.

5 /5 Yasmin Kane: I’ve had takeaway from Butchies a few times and the chicken has always been juicy and flavourful. Chips are good, I like the seasoning but I don’t recommend the cheese sauce for takeaway, it hardens really quickly and is impossible to dip your chips in or to pour over. Even when I heated it up, it hardened again. Other than that, everything else is good.

5 /5 Sabrina S: Ordered Butchies for delivery and it was a really good experience overall. The food arrived on time, nicely packaged, and still hot, which always sets the tone straight away. Nothing was soggy or messy, and everything was packed properly. The chicken was the highlight – crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and full of flavour without being greasy. Portions were generous and filling, and you can tell the quality is consistent even when ordering for delivery. The sides travelled well and tasted fresh too. Overall, a solid choice for delivery with great food and reliable service. Definitely one I’d order from again and happily recommend.

1 /5 Sid Eldjouzi: Absolutely unacceptable service. I politely explained that my chips were cold and asked the staff member to check them. Instead of listening, he ignored me, then spoke to me very rudely. He grabbed the chips and threw them straight in the bin in a disrespectful and aggressive manner, without any explanation or apology. I was shocked by the lack of basic customer service and professionalism. Mistakes can happen, but treating a customer this way is completely unacceptable. I will not be returning
