5 /5 Neil Morrod: Visited with a group of friends for an evening meal. Great service, Friendly & efficient staff. Theres a great choice of delicious food. I had the Dan Dan Noodles with Pork Belly it looked delicious & tasted as good as it looked.

5 /5 Grace Kelly: First went here with my dad and partner last week for a bite to eat! Have been to some of the other lounges in the past and have always been so happy at how many GF options there are! Last week the service and food was absolutely wonderful! Currently heavily pregnant and have been back a few times this week as have been dreaming about their bacon smashed patties burger and slaw! Im telling you now, they have not disappointed! Ill be back again for another to satisfy the craving! Also whenever my partner goes in to click and collect they are always so lovely! Great team and wonderful food! :)

1 /5 Yash Kacha: SERIOUS DIETARY FAILURE — EVEN ONLINE ORDERS IGNORED We ordered a vegetarian Brie sandwich through the website specifically to avoid any miscommunication at the order station. Despite this, bacon was still added because the kitchen assumed it “must come with bacon.” This is completely unacceptable. We clearly ordered vegetarian and we do not eat bacon for religious reasons. This should be treated with the same seriousness as a food allergy, not guessed or overridden by kitchen assumptions. The fact that this happened despite ordering online makes it even more concerning. This was not a misunderstanding - it was a failure to respect clear dietary instructions. An upsetting and avoidable experience that shows a lack of care and proper food-handling standards.

5 /5 paul brown: A very pleasant atmosphere with charming service from Freya. I had the feta and beetroot flatbread for a little over a tenner. Would definitely recommend this one when in Thame.
