Cod Almighty - (Near , South East)

2 /5 Sharon Wright: We ordered 2 cod and chips with a 330ml can of drink, via Uber Eats at about 4:20pm. The app estimated delivery between 4:35pm and 4:55pm. We live about 15 mins away from the shop. Both times came and went, so I pushed the request update button. Nothing seemed to happen, so after pushing the request update a second time, I phoned them and it went to answerphone. I left a message stating expected delivery time and asking for a call back. Our food eventually arrived at 5:30pm, over an hour after ordering. The food inside was lukewarm, so we had to put it in the oven to heat up. Because we had to reheat it, the food was then dry. The portion size was good but we both had a couple of undercooked chips. Unfortunately, we will not be ordering from here again.

1 /5 Dean Collett: Ordered 2 hours ago. Still not here. Happened last month but as we had previously enjoyed thought give them another chance. Never again. Has to be under new ownership as falling of the face of a cliff in a few months. I will be demanding money back through just eat. Update - food arrived 2 hours late. Was ice cold, battered sausage couldnt even cut with a normal knife. Totally disgusting. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE EVER! They can expect a hard time from me tomorrow.

1 /5 MTB MOB SOUTH UK: Went in this establishment for the first time. Owner had a sour face and served me with possibly the worst chips Ive ever eaten. "Soggy and had a strange taste which got me to the point of feeling sick" Chips went I the bin. Disappointed. Mean how can you get chips so wrong?! First and last and last visit.

2 /5 Sally Elizabeth: Have literally ordered 10 mins ago , first time ever ive ordered and everything is cold . Re heated in microwave to eat .. delivery driver was lovely and wished us a merry christmas ... food , sorry let you down

1 /5 Kristian mason: Absolutely horrendous, order on uber. Got update saying left at 5.30 by 6pm I started to think, gave them a ring as there only 8 mins away by car. Before you ask i dont drive so its why I ordered. Rang spoke to someone who said they couldnt understand me or hear me and hung up. Rang back a child answered the phone and same response. Finally at 6.20 got through and the person said they are 1 of 2 drivers my order is not there so must be gone and there sorry. Food was ice cold and went in the bin
