Chelsea Mendham I had a fantastic experience at the Dagenham McDonald’s Yesterday, all thanks to Sana! From the moment I pulled up to the drive-thru, she was incredibly welcoming and professional. I was asked to park up, and Sana actually brought the food over to my car herself. She had a genuine smile on her face and made sure everything was 100% correct and piping hot. It’s rare to get such high-quality, personal customer service at a drive-thru, but Sana really went above and beyond to make the effort. She’s an absolute credit to the Dagenham team! Toyin Nana I’m not usually a big fan of KFC, but this meal with rice was really good , I’ll definitely go back for more! I also enjoyed the sweet chili bites, I just wish there were more of them.
