Mrs Mcellan Headed in for a quick late lunch and really loved the food. However I feel compelled to write this review as the service wasn’t great at all. It seemed they did not care much about my visit or explaining the menu to me, even after I mentioned I had never visited before and was confused about the ordering/payment process. No recommendations, no words exchanged when serving/leaving, not even a ‘Enjoy’ or ‘Thank you’. I can’t quite put my finger on it but it seemed like a really hostile and cold environment. I hoovered up my food in 10 minutes and left, asking my leftovers to simply be wrapped up. I suppose + points for fast food so I could leave quicker :(
I have had friendlier service getting McDonald’s Drive Thru so I really expected more for a ‘Restaurant’ experience.
