4 /5 Carla Watson: The food is AMAZING here. We definitely had one of the best roasts which was great value for money. I liked how it was a traditional Irish pub, it was a great vibe also. I found the service good (people behind the bar and the people serving us the food were lovely and very jokey which gave a good experience). The ONLY thing I was quite disappointed about was one of the guy waiters that served us our chocolate cake with custard. We asked for another plate (as I clearly could not eat the chocolate fudge cake alone, because I was sooo full from the Sunday roast). When we asked the waiter for the extra plate, he didn’t give us the best response from his face. When he returned with the extra plate, he banged it on to the table with an attitude. It was quite disappointing really, because I do not see what the problem was with us asking.
So that was a bit of a let down, but everything else was PERFECT.
Also, I really liked how the manager or staff came to find us when a table was available for us to sit and eat ( they definitely did not forget about us). I would most definitely attend again, but I just hope the service from the waiter improves for others.
P.S. I definitely recommend that you have the chocolate fudge cake. You may not have much room after your roast, but it’s definitely worth it ✨
