5 /5 Kimberley Maier: Spent a night here after a flight cancellation. The check in process was simple, and we got our room keys quickly. We then went to the restaurant for a late dinner. The waiters were incredibly kind and attentive, and were also very knowledgeable about the menu and potential allergens. As others have mentioned, one lift was out of order but we didnt have to wait long for the one that was working.

5 /5 Stephen Handley: Lovely overnight stay, our room was spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. We had breakfast the next morning which was a big plus, full continental and eat as much as you like, which we didn’t as I had a long drive home, but it was good. Iv got to mention that as we left our room a lovely cleaning lady was in a room a few doors down noticed we were carrying our bags and asked if we were leaving and did we mind if she cleaned the room, yeah carry on we’re going. So we put our bags in the car, checked out and went and had breakfast, about 50 mins later I realised I’d misplaced my phone, I ran to the car checked everywhere but nothing so I went up in the lift and as I got out on the 3rd floor the cleaning lady was standing there and the first thing she said was “your phone” she had already placed it into an envelope with the room number and my name on it…… She could have so easily pocketed it…. So a big PLUS for honest staff……

5 /5 Ignacy Mirkowicz: Best IHG hotel in the area. Used for small business group. Fantastic staff on front desk and F&B, membership recognition, clean and functional rooms some with lovely view of Brentford Lock. Spacious meeting room was prepared to my preferences. Highly recommend this hotel.

5 /5 Abdul O: Overall, I had a positive experience and would like to return in the future. I was particularly impressed with the reception staff, who were consistently very polite and respectful throughout my visit. The hotels location is also excellent, which was a major benefit. The breakfast offered was acceptable. However, I experienced a significant issue on my departure day that I feel should be brought to your attention. a member of the housekeeping staff knocked on my door. Rather than a standard check, she directly asked me why I was still in the room, stating that I "should be checked out" because she needed to clean it. I politely informed her that i would be leaving by then, asking for her patience. Her only response was to reiterate that she needed to clean the room. This interaction was unprofessional and made me feel rushed and unwelcome, especially at the very end of an otherwise pleasant stay. I understand the pressure your housekeeping team is under to prepare rooms, but being confronted in this manner before the official check-out time is not acceptable. 13th to 14th October 2025 First floor

1 /5 Caxie Dagupen: I had my wedding here, and while the venue itself is a great location with enough space for 300+ guests, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. They provided a list of suppliers, but the only one worth keeping was the fireworks company. The service from the venue, however, was terrible. The lift was out of order, and when I asked to move rooms because mine smelled strongly of smoke, I was told nothing could be done. I ended up swapping with my partner, who was on the 4th floor. We were told the venue was unavailable to go to the night before, duty managers then said we could. I feel like there isnt much of a team between departments. Part of our agreement was that our names and wedding title would be displayed on the mirror—but instead, it was covered in Christmas décor with no personalisation at all. To make matters worse, they withheld our £500 deposit despite duty managers confirming that both the bar and kitchen were left in good condition. Not exactly the experience you hope for as a bride.
