What Clients Are Saying Jo & Co Restaurant (GG)
5 /5 Robin: Got to be on anyones list of relaxed restaurants to experience. Full Brunch and Lunch menu And a Proper Gluten Free menu. Also great specialty coffees. Excellent ambience and great for groups with an extra dining/private area upstairs.
5 /5 Nick Child: A lovely gem of a place. Brilliant food, tasty and well presented.
Excellent service and fab decor and atmosphere. Not often you feel 100% satisfied with a meal out. We used First Table as well which saved us £40 off the food bill. Highly recommended.
3 /5 Maisie Walker: Pretty average place. Decor is lovely, the place is clean and the food is nice. I had the shakshouka which was good, wish the eggs werent as cooked through though.
Staff could be more attentive, the woman who greeted me at the door wasnt particularly friendly and there was a mix up with a gluten free meal, which I understand as everyone is human, but could have gone wrong with allergies.
Overall, nice but very average brunch spot.
5 /5 Ruth Maughan: Jo & Co never disappoints. Consistently good food, great service, lovely atmosphere and always a warm welcome. The best news ever is that they now do dishes to cook at home :) Theyre At Home range is delicious and the quality and value is amazing. I bought one of everything and loved the lot, particularly the Fish Pie. I went in today for lunch and bought another set - great to have in the freezer for when you fancy something special but dont want to go out!
Dean Field We booked in for a Sunday Roast while staying In Brighton for the weekend.
The Better Half Pub was Highly recommended by locals we met.
A Delicious Sunday Roast with various meats on the menu, we had Roast Sirlion. Of Beef and Roast Lamb, both cooked perfect soft and tasty, accompanied by roast potatoes seasoned veg, and a large Yorkshire Pudding. Great value for money and the staff were very friendly and attentive.
Would highly recommend .
Andy Handprint Excellent snacks, particularly the Coxhina. Great scratchings.
For those who like making stock, they sell pigs trotters. All the meat looks pretty good and is a reasonable price.
Friendly staff too.
Charlotte Goudie Lovely pub to sit and watch the world go by. Nice, chilled atmosphere, and the pizzas tasted amazing. Was great to be able to see them freshly made. Keith made time for every customer so everyone felt welcome.
