Nandos Lewisham - (Near , South East)

2 /5 Lu Sing: Came here on Tuesday to celebrate nephews birthday. One of the worst Nando experiences ever. Arrived got seated quickly we all ordered our food. Food came out extremely slowly from ordering to the last person receiving their food took 2 hours. When we asked why the food is taking so long, the staff replied "the kitchen is a mess right now. Anyhow as we waited I noticed the biggest cobweb above us(pic attached). Food came. My thigh fillets were so dry and barely warm. The ice cream was so runny they should just say it milkshake at this point. All pics attached. After spending alot for a party of 17 needless to say we were very disappointed. My advice,, The chicken shop across the road do a whole peri chicken for half the price!

5 /5 Ana Castaño: Lovely Nando’s in Lewisham. Staff was friendly and attentive so they were always making sure we were ok and we had everything that we needed. It was not busy at all which was nice as there was no noise. Decoration is on point and restaurant is clean and spacious. They have seating areas in two levels. Food was delicious and price was ok (it’s a chain so not much to do there). They have AC which is good in this heat. 100% recommend.

5 /5 Katie Godden: Always my favourite Nando’s to visit. A special shout-out to Samantha, who was incredibly welcoming and hospitable from the moment we arrived. Even though it was extremely busy on a Saturday night, she handled everything with such professionalism and care. My friend’s food initially arrived cold, but Samantha made sure it was replaced super quickly and without any fuss. After that, she went out of her way to check in on us and make sure we were enjoying our meal, despite the chaos of a packed restaurant. Thank you, Samantha, for such excellent service — it really made our evening. x

5 /5 Claudia Martins: Absolutely loved our visit to Nando’s! The food was amazing. Fresh, flavourful, and cooked to perfection. But the real highlight was Samuel! His energy, friendliness, and attention to detail were outstanding. He made us feel so welcome and genuinely cared about our experience, which made the whole visit even better. Customer service like that really makes a difference. Huge thank you to Samuel. We will definitely be back!

1 /5 Cruz David: Absolutely appalled at the state of this. This was meant to be a "4 boneless thighs meal" but instead Im given 2 wings and a nugget!? And the Broccoli - looks straight out of a Birds Eye portion bag and microwaved, not even close to fresh... Fix it Nandos Lewisham!
