5 /5 Louisa Chibnall: What lovely staff..went there this evening and my mum has had such a rough time in the last 10 weeks tragic losses in her life and we were out for a meal this evening but to top it off my mums car had broken down in carpark. The amazing staff were all so kind and the delicous food was bangbon as always and then hearing about the car situation a lovely kind man who worked there gave us a free cosmopolitan cocktail each!. Then when I explained to him the losses my mum had had he gave her a bottle of Kylie processco to rake home. He said "its not about money its about kindness" what a lovely man. You turned the evening right around for us and my mum was smiling so thank you! Cant rate this place enough or their staff.

5 /5 Krillen Earth: met up with family for a lovely family meal and it was amazing we got 5 £10 Meal Starters and a mains and the food so mouthwatering. with so many tasty foods and the staff were very friendly and the owner

3 /5 Chi Flanagan: Ive always enjoyed the food as takeaway, but I ate in the other day. I was seated promptly, but then tables of 4 and 5 who were sat after me had their order taken before mine (I was one person). Between finishing my meal, I waited a short while, but after desert I was left waiting for nearly 15 mins before a other waitress came and spoke to me. I also smiled at an older waitress who asked the table behind me how everything was, but then seemed almost offended when I smiled at her and she never said a word. I was potentially the only table not checked up on and did not feel too welcome there. It was early evening and not many tables were in, not even half the place was sat when I was in. The food was good, but service was slow and I did not feel too comfortable with them

1 /5 Dilraj S. Sekhon: We have been to Thai Village many a times. We have always loved the food there, hence the frequent visits. Today, after ordering the food, we waited for 1hr 15mins and there was no sign of food on our table. It was clear that they were too busy catering for online deliveries and not bothered about customers sitting in the restaurant. Staff was trying to be apologetic, but that really doesnt help when you have to wait that long for food. This kind of situation was noticed not only on our table but few other tables as well. There was one family with 4 kids and the gentleman on that table was fuming with the late service. Finally we had enough and called for the bill for drinks that we had and LEFT without eating. Ended up having takeaway from local Chinese takeaway, which was lovely and on time.
