The customer service was excellent from start to finish — the staff were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. The food was very good, fresh, and full of flavour, and it was clear that quality is a priority here. Every member of the team was professional, friendly, and helpful, which really made the visit enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic restaurant with great food and outstanding service. I would definitely recommend Pinnova and look forward to coming back again.

4 /5 priyanka arcot: We visited Pinnova for my husband’s pre-birthday dinner since we both love Pan Asian cuisine. The restaurant is easy to find as it’s located right on the main street. We ordered three starters and loved all of them — the service was quick, and the food was full of flavour. The mains didn’t quite live up to the starters, though the lamb in black pepper sauce was a standout dish. The ambience could be improved; the space felt a bit crammed and the noise level was quite high, so it’s probably not ideal for a romantic meal. It also seemed like the booking system wasn’t managed very smoothly, as there was a queue even for those with reservations. Overall, great food and quick service, but the dining experience could be more comfortable with better space management

Vegetarian & Vegan Options One of Pinnova’s strongest points is its vast and thoughtfully curated vegetarian and vegan menu. Unlike many Asian fusion spots where vegetarian dishes feel like an afterthought, here they shine on their own. During our visit, we tried: • Maki Roll – fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented. • Schezwan Chilli Paneer – bold and spicy with the perfect texture. • Gyoza & Veg Dumplings – soft, delicate, and full of taste. • Thai Red Curry – rich, aromatic, and perfectly balanced. • Udon Noodles & Jasmine Rice – well-cooked and complemented the curry beautifully. Each dish stood out for its freshness, flavour, and authentic touch. It’s rare to find a Pan-Asian restaurant that caters so extensively to vegetarian and vegan preferences, and Pinnova deserves full marks for this. We ordered a Coke and a Shirley Temple, both served promptly and nicely presented. Their drinks menu includes a range of mocktails and cocktails, offering something for everyone from simple classics to more creative options.The service at Pinnova truly elevated the experience. A special mention to Pushkar,, Pratyusha, and Sujata their warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made us feel valued and well looked after. Great dining experience overall

The ambiance was inviting, with a modern yet cozy vibe that set the perfect tone for our meal. The menu featured a diverse selection of dishes from various Asian cuisines, and I was thrilled to see a strong emphasis on vegetarian options specially loved their Sushi rolls which were crispy and filled with a delightful mix of fresh vegetables. A special shoutout to Sujata, who helped us choose the best dishes and attended to us with a warm smile. Her recommendations truly enhanced our dining experience, making it even more enjoyable.

5 /5 M S: A true Pan-Asian gem in the heart of Pinner! Our third visit to Pinnova was every bit as exceptional as the first two. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by the ever-gracious manager Pushkar, and looked after with genuine care by Pratyusha. We started with the light and tasty vegan crackers, followed by beautifully crafted vegan-friendly sushi that was as stunning to look at as it was to eat. The udon noodles were packed with flavour and cooked to perfection. We would truly call this a 10/10 experience from start to finish. Make sure you leave room for dessert, because the chef’s special creations are absolutely worth it. We’ll certainly be returning and look forward to continuing to enjoy this wonderful local gem.
