Punjab Grill - (Near Redbridge, South East)

5 /5 Ranjit Singh: Great food and great vibes. We ordered Murgh tikka masala, mix grill platter, paneer lababdar and their signature dhaba chicken. All the dishes were perfect, tasty and perfect. This restaurant really reflects the taste of Punjab and North Indian Cuisine. We will be back for sure. Love the decor, cocktails and service.

1 /5 Aryan Chaudhary: It was really my worst experience with this restaurant. I ordered Dal makhni and egg curry. Dal makhni is just like boiled in hot water, nothing else, while egg curry is full of oil, no taste

5 /5 Malinder Singh: Great food and great service! The atmosphere is nice and relaxing, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The food was fresh, full of flavour, and well presented. Everything we tried tasted amazing. A perfect place to enjoy good Punjabi food in Ilford. Highly recommended!

5 /5 ankit sethi: Great experience, glad we chanced upon this gem. Had amritsari kulcha - it’s delicious and chicken tandoori tikka and a portion of nann. I’m pescatarian but my partner had superb reviews on it. And 2 drinks, it was very reasonable, delicious food and nice ambience. We will be back to try more on the menu!

3 /5 Noorur Choudhury: Im sorry but Im going to have to give you a his a mediocre 3 out of 5. Me and my friend came here, wanting to try the Mixed Grill, thinking it would be the same Mixed Grill as other places, that come with lamb chops, chicken tikka, lamb tikka and seekh kebabs, but this was just two seekh kebabs (each cut into half) and lots of chicken smothered in the sauce (which was very nice BTW, maybe too much sauce). Ive had mixed grill one too many times from different eateries all across the UK, ie Tayyabs, Needo Grill and so on, and have a general idea of whats supposed to be in a portion. In this case, theres so much chicken, hardly any lamb, therefore not really mixed, hence shouldnt be called Mixed Grill, an appropriate name would be Grilled Chicken with Seekh kebabs, as you can see from the pictures, its mostly chicken. It cost us £19.99 which is quiet steep considering it wasnt much, and was mostly chicken, would have been cheaper if we just went Nandos instead to have all that chicken and bought seekh kebabs as take away elsewhere. I get lamb costs more than chicken hence I dont see the justification of this being priced the amount it is. As much as I would love to support a new up and coming business, as Ive travelled a long way to come here, I cant help but feel a tad bit disappointed.
