Paul Kilford We literally stumbled in. Not even knowing the place was here we just happened to stop outside the door and noticed the menu. A fabulous venue. The menu was superior to he usually Pub/Bar Snacks. Not overpriced at all. A good selection of Gluten free options as one of us is Coeliac. The staff were fabulous. Really lovely and chatty. Interested to hear what we were saying. A really well run Pub. Im definitely going back. Only slight criticism it was a tad cold but that wasnt such a bad thing as despite it being freezing weather wed already got quite warm in the Guildhall.

Edward Katia “Katie” The food was generally very good, but the mushroom coca was truly unique and special — the best mushrooms I’ve ever tasted. The succulent pig was a little on the dry side, but everything else was excellent. The service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was beautiful, with wonderfully tasteful décor.

The atmosphere was warm and inviting, creating the perfect setting for a relaxed and enjoyable meal. The food was absolutely top-notch. Every dish was beautifully presented and packed with flavour, clearly made with care and high-quality ingredients. Tom I had dinner here with a colleague on a Monday night. It was relatively quiet but then the city always is on a Monday. The decor is very nice and there is lots of space so would be interesting to see the vibe of the place when it’s full. The small plates are essentially starters and we shared the pork bites and burnt ends between two and it was probably enough. The menu is interesting! For the mains my colleague had the ribeye and I had the fillet steak. We had a side of mash with gravy and also the loaded style chips. The steaks were delicious. Really tender and cooked to perfection. The meat was great. Really up there. Big shout out to the gravy mash combo too. That was immense. The service was efficient and felt a bit upsell a few times but again that’s the city for you. We stuck with what we wanted and it was seriously good. Would definitely go back. It’s not cheap but it’s worth it.

Mercedes Moss We truly enjoyed our recent dining experience at your establishment. The ambiance was warm and inviting, creating a lovely atmosphere for our meal. Our server was attentive, the happy hour was great. The flavors of the dishes were authentic and beautifully presented.

Chris Hinde Stopped by chance for breakfast and we’re not disappointed! Cosy, little intimate cafe set within the lobby of the Ned. Food was fantastic quality - we’d recommend the Malibu omelette. Some interesting alternative lattes on offer too, the beetroot cacao latte was inspired.
