5 /5 Maxim Smirnoff: We had a lovely dinner. The place was buzzing, and the service and the food were great. I had the Bass Ceviche for my starter and it was delicious - zesty and refreshing. Will order a bigger portion next time. My partner had the Crispy Duck Salad and it was yum too. For our mains, we had the Halibut and the Lamb Chops - both dishes were cooked perfectly, packed full of flavour; good size portions too. The Basque Style Baked Cheesecake was super tasty - ideal to finish an amazing meal. They also had a good selection of cocktails and wines. Since we live in the area, we will definitely be back.

5 /5 Pavel Sharapov: BEST STEAK IN MY LIFE! From the very beginning: I was advised by ChatGPT to visit this place. Very cozy atmosphere (the restaurant is large btw). Oysters - just from the see (a big thank you to the manager for his recommendations). Rump steak - mind blowing. Just three simple ingredients on the plate - the steak itself, chips and the sauce - everything cooked to perfection, so juicy and full of flavour. Desert - taste is exactly so wonderful as it looks. Also add very friendly staff and perfect service and you will get an ideal place for the dinner! Thank you all guys!

5 /5 Heiko Maedler: Absolutely amazing restaurant in this newly built area of Brentford, right on the water. Stunning decor, lovely service and the food is really very good. We loved their cocktails, too! Parking is available for free for 3 hours in the nearby Morrisons car park. Would 100% recommend!

4 /5 Saurabh Date: Sam’s is a local institution and I’m happy to see this place thriving nearly two years after opening, with the canal side location looking very inviting now that the development is taking shape and the weather being as wonderful as it is currently. Food was excellent and the South African Viognier was a knockout both for taste and value. My only feedback would be that portion sizes seem to have shrunk and the Stone Bass at £28 for a main was rather small.
