Shobab Indian Restaurant - (Near Kent, South East)

5 /5 Dan C: We collected a take out on Christmas Eve and really glad we did. The food was ready promptly. The staff were really friendly, the restaurant had a lovely buzz. The food was excellent. We shared a mixed kebab starter, and had 2 beautiful curries with rice and naan. Couldnt fault a thing. The king prawns in the jalfrezi were delicious and the naga lamb had a great kick to it. Looking forward to our next one already!

2 /5 craig mitchell: Had a takeaway on Tuesday eve , great customer service over the phone and delivery was great But the food was so disappointing nice flavoured sauce but barely any chicken/ prawns the onion bharghy was so dry and all the food was lukewarm , I’m so sorry for leaving such negative feed back , we was so looking forward too a Curry , but not here anymore . Ps quite expensive for what you get £40 , such a shame

5 /5 Pauline Buckley: We love the Shobab, its our favourite Indian restaurant & takeaway. Just had an amazing curry, onion bahji, garlic naan & pilau rice. Everything was exceptional and piping hot & its always ready on time

1 /5 Trefor Jones: Had a takeaway this evening. Chicken tikka starter was dry and bland. King prawn jalfrezi was over cooked. This was my favorite Indian resturant in Whitstable but they have lost my support tonight. You have to be consistent.

3 /5 Tim Gilmore: Perhaps it was the day of the week Saturday we visited, but the service and communication from the staff was very poor. We waited for over a hour from receiving starters and unto the main course arrived and no attempt was made to explain until we challenged. Takeaway deliveries appeared to have higher priority than sit down diners. However the food was good, just a shame it took so long to arrive.
