5 /5 Thomas Li: one of my favourite pubs in oxford! delicious food - yummy pizzas, small plates, and a sunday roast! great selection of draught beers and ciders from local and indie breweries too. the kitchen is also completely nut free. this place is fully vegan but you wouldnt realise it as all vegan substitutes are treated as equals to animal based products (ie a sausage is labelled as just a sausage and not a specifically vegan sausage) and I think this is really cool as it encourages people who ordinarily wouldnt consider eating something vegan to try more plant based foods. delicious food and amazing service; well worth a visit!

5 /5 davina schembri: Went to the Oxford Blue on what the owner described as being on of their busiest nights. That didn’t stop Charles, one of the owners from checking in on us throughout the evening and having a small chat. You could tell him and his team really cared for the place and the customers. The food and atmosphere was fantastic- honestly one of the best pizzas we’ve had in a LONG time- will definitely be returning next time we’re in town

5 /5 Esme Nickerson: Writing this review as I recently visited this pub alongside my fully vegan family, and we were all so happy with everything. The space was busy upon first impression, though even when essentially fully booked it wasnt too crowded. they made sure all the tables had space, and there was no real rowdieness from anyone (probably because they were distracted by the delicious food). With warm lighting the entire place had a lovely atmosphere and very chill vibe, it was wonderful. Upon arrival we were soon seen by a server who showed us to our table (I would definitely recommend booking in advance as it gets extremely busy), and through everything the service was efficient and everyone we met was so friendly! As for the food, we had a burger and two pizzas (the Calabrese and Forager), everything was filling enough to be a complete meal without being too much. The Calabrese was warm without being spicy in any way, and the addition of chilli oil was a welcome one, all in all it was delicious. In short, everything was lovely and I would definitely recommend it.

5 /5 Steven K: Amazing vegan food with incredible service in an old English pub environment which can be a little noisy but it wouldnt be an English pub environment without the noise. Probably one of my better meal experiences in recent memory. Well done!!

5 /5 Mark B: An incredibly good time - the staff are clearly loving working here. Its a vibrant, bouyant, thriving time. Lots of my friends said its the best pub in the city and I agree. Its also great to be able to order anything off the menu and know it will be vegan and delicious. Top quality alternative cheeses etc here, omnivores can order with confidence and sure to be delighted. A big comfortable space with lots of room, they accommodated our big group with a smile. My new favorite pub.
