2 /5 Craig Vincent: An uninterested guy met us at the counter, warning us of a wait, but didnt mention until we tried to order that at 1pm on a Saturday, they were out of fries. Despite various versions of fries making up a quarter of the menu choices. After waiting for 25 minutes, someone came over to ask again what our order was, and we recited it again, specifically mentioning again the original request that could one of the chicken burgers please be without coleslaw. Within 5 minutes after this, the food arrived, the tiniest, overcooked piece of chicken in the chicken burger, and still with coleslaw. It was not worth the £18 for the food (2 x chicken burger, 1 x beef burger), nor for the customer service.

2 /5 Emily: My friends and I often come here at lunch because the food is good. However, we have NEVER had everyones order come out correctly. They always add something we asked explicitly to be removed such as tomatoes from the burger or bring the incorrect food altogether. I dont know where the issue is occuring because we see the correct food put into the register but its never right once it comes out. Please get a grip!!

1 /5 Imogen: Where do I even begin? Well, firstly, my friend and I both ordered a chicken burger, which said ‘comes with a sauce of your choice’. After ordering, we realised we had been shockingly over charged - nightmare! When our food came out to us, I asked the server why we had been charged more than the price on the board, and he stated that we had chosen a sauce and so needed to pay more. I pointed out to him that it says a ‘sauce of your choice’ with no extra cost. He stared at me, blank. He was the most confused man I ever did see. I tried explaining again but he simply just did not understand - nightmare! I decided to let it go and enjoy my food with my friend… not possible! The most horrifically flavoured burger and watery, sad coleslaw did enter my mouth that day. I left a different man that afternoon, never to return

1 /5 Emily Hughes: I thought, Im at uni, Im not going to waste food! But I literally cannot eat this. Ive spent £4 on three chicken wings the size of my pinky and something is wrong. The texture is more of boiled chicken than fried, its not crispy, the spring onion garnish was very pungent, and the actual spicy sauce left a nice heat in the mouth but the flavour is AWFUL. The service is great and the atmosphere is decently quiet with nice music but the food (or at least the spicy buffalo wings) is not it.
