1 /5 Howard Lindsey “LHL”: Has this place changed hands? The food used to be very good but it certainly isn’t now. Quite obviously using cheaper ingredients, no boxes just a burger wrapped in a thin napkin. Tasted awful. Oh, and no onions. Why not? They are the cheapest ingredient. Such a shame. Staff disinterested except when brandishing the CC machine. Will not buy from there again and given that there was only one customer in front of me (used to be a huge queue but worth the wait) that tells me all I need to know. Such a shame.

1 /5 Chiara Buongarzone: Updated - Its gone down hill, got gone off cheese on our food and you could tell by the obvious smell, they were just throwing different boxes with small bits of cheese left on the food to get rid of it. Couldnt keep up with the orders and were constantly asking what people wanted and still getting it wrong. Definitely wont return after what we saw, ate and experienced, such a shame. Food is delicious! The La Reva Burger is sooooo good! Honestly my favourite! Staff are always nice and happy! Food is always hot and yummy and they always ask what I want on them. Only thing I can complain about is the fryer never goes on early enough! I want a hash brown in the morning and the fryer wont be on til around 9.30/10 othe than that everything has always been amazing! Definitely would return.

5 /5 Linda Holness: Burger very tasty and fills the bread roll unlike some burger vans where the 1/4 lb is tiny. Hot dog very tasty too and is a jumbo sausage Bread always fresh and never dry.so I think this explains a bit pricey. Staff friendly. Now for my complaint! Very bad shame and great disappointment that they no longer do CHIPS which were the best in town even beating local chip shops. After the chip fryer broke they havent replaced it bad move get a new fryer please. Shame on you The Lunch Box B&Q carpark please make this customer happy again
